Our spaces have strong technical equipment: CISCO-based IT solutions, Solstice technology, MagicAir interactive microclimate monitoring map, Desk me workplace sharing service, SOK OS mobile application.
We care about the health and comfort of our residents, therefore we constantly raise the standards of safety and work hygiene. We have already implemented a five-stage medical class E11 air purification and disinfection system, a Tion microclimate and air purification monitoring system, ACS.
Pay only for what you use. You can choose any of the tariffs for coworking or the category of offices you like. We provide flexible conditions for changing the lease agreement.
Eco-friendly materials are used at our sites, the noise level is reduced, water and electricity saving systems are installed. We also organized separate waste collection, collection points for waste paper, batteries, plastic and clothes were installed.

Open space workplaces for freelancers and small teams. Everything included: ergonomic furniture, high-speed internet, coffee points, printing and locker storage options.
One-time visit at SOK CLUB tariff
Conditions:
- Access to the CLUB space in the co-working from 9:00 to 18:00 in any SOK location.
- Access to the infrastructure of the site, secure high-speed Internet, coffee break zone.
- Workplace equipment: mobile tables / tables with wheels (and / or bar table / island) in the common area, 110x110 in size with built-in power and USB sockets, distance from the socket no more than 0.5 m from a predetermined workplace, decorative "dining » chair / bar stool under the bar counter / sofa or armchair.
- Access to lockers in the common area for an additional fee.
Conditions:
- Access to the FLEX space in the coworking space for 24 hours at any SOK location.
- Everything is the same as in the SOK CLUB tariff for 1 day.
Basic fare for those who want to get to know the SOK spaces.
Conditions:
